ПРОМЕНЕ НА БЛИСКОМ ИСТОКУ И У СЕВЕРНОЈ АФРИЦИ – Ка постсувереном светском поретку

Сажетак

Протести у Египту и Тунису су резултирали војним ударом или релативно мирном примопредајом власти након деценије председничког ауторитаризма. Ова промена je подстицана и организована од стране спољних фактора. Спекулације са ценама хране, глобализација тржишта и опресивни ауторитаризам су елементи који су помогли трансформације у ширем региону Блиског истока. Војне интервенције у Либији, активности великих сила су у овом случају откриле слабост међународног права, кризу институција УН, а посебно ЕУ даља ерозија суверенитета најављује трансформацију постојећег светског поретка. Аутор je проучавао позадину промена, имплементацију Р2П механизама и улоге великих сила.
