ФОРМИРАЊЕ НОВЕ ГЛОБАЛНЕ ГЕОПОЛИТИЧКЕ И ГЕОЕКОНОМСКЕ РАВНОТЕЖЕ

Сажетак

Док је у прошлости моћ држава била заснована на контроли копна или океана, данас је она дефинисана контролом токова људи, робе, новца и података, и конекција које токови истих креирају. Кључне области моћи п(остају): економија, технологија, потенцијал за долазеће климатске промене, људство, војска, здравствени капацитети и културна доминација.
Нова реалност дефинише глобалну привреду: (непријатељско) преузимање међународне економије од стране геополитике, иако главно бојно поље на коме се такмиче велике силе није војно, већ економско. У новонастућој гео-економској ери многе државе стављају економију у центар стратегије. Тржишна моћ у неким областима – као што су 5Г, полупроводници, ретке земље, квантно рачунарство и системи плаћања – је критична, као и контрола токова података и дигиталних услуга. Дошло је до драматичне промене у самој природи моћи и начинима на које се она мења и креће и у ери која је дошла након пост-хладноратовеске, налазимо се у стању без формалног рата, али свакако не мира.
