ТО ТНЕ QUESTION OF STATE IDEOLOGY AND NATIONAL IDEA
In modern Russia, no ideology would be immanent to Russian civilization and the Russian state. This situation is largely caused by different interpretations and concepts of the terms "state ideology" and "national idea". This difference in the interpretation of the term reflects both the difference in the interpretation of the problem, and the difference in the aspects of the analysis. In this paper, an attempt was made to establish a terminological comparison and the relationship of this phenomenon to the state-legal reality. Every nation has its own national idea or seeks its own formulation or expression. The national idea is what connects the nation and gives it stability without visible material support, enables it to act harmoniously without external coordination, helps to form rules of conduct, laws, and other social orders without direct instructions from the authorities. The national idea is, on the one hand, a kind of understanding of national peculiarities, description and assessment of national character, way of life, the historical destiny of peoples, and on the other hand, determination of main orientations for moral, spiritual and social development of peoples by its national characteristics.
