PUBLIC COMPETITION FOR ADMISSION TO EMPLOYMENT OF A RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

Based on Art. 63 of the Law on Science and Research (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 49/2019), and Art. 36 of the Statute of the Institute for Political Studies (No. 2/1 of January 3, 2024), and in connection with Art. 99 of the Law on Science and Research and Art. 50 of the Law on Employees in Public Services (“Official Gazette of the RS” No. 113/2017, 95/2018, 86/2019, 157/2020 and 123/2021), Institute for Political Studies, Belgrade

ANNOUNCES A PUBLIC COMPETITION FOR ADMISSION TO EMPLOYMENT OF A RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

1. Number of employees: 1

2. The employment is based on a certain period of time with the possibility of extension and establishment of a permanent employment, depending on the work results.

3. Requirements for applying:

– To have a bachelor’s degree in the field of social and humanities,
– to be engaged in scientific research work and to have scientific works published in categorized scientific journals,
– to have been selected as a scientific associate.

4. The application for the competition contains: name and surname of the candidate, date and place of birth, address of residence, information on education, information on the type and length of work experience. The competition application must be signed by hand.

Along with the application for this competition for employment as a Research Associate, the candidate must submit the following documentation:

– Proof of professional training (diploma of basic studies) / Certificate of selection into a scientific position;
– Photocopy of ID card;
– Birth certificate;
– Certificate of Citizenship;
– Biography and bibliography.

5. All documents must be submitted in the original or a certified photocopy, to the address Dobrinjska 11, 11000 Belgrade, directly at the premises of the Institute or by registered mail with the indication: “Application for public tender for employment for the position of Research Associate”.

6. The deadline for applying for the competition is 15 days from the date of publication of this decision in the Official Gazette of the RS.

7. The decision enters into force on the day of its adoption.
