БЕЗБЕДНОСНА И ОДБРАМБЕНА ПОЛИТИКА ЕУ: МЕЂУВЛАДИН СУПРАНАЦИОНАЛИЗАМ?

Сажетак

Аутор се у овом ради бави питањем природе безбедносне и одбрамбене политике ЕУ. У којој мери је данас ова политика одраз међувладине сарадње и националне суверености држава чланица? Да ли се ради о постепеном развоју елемената супранационалности у овој области? Другим речима, да ли можемо да говоримо о постојању тзв. међувладиног супранационализма? У циљу одговора на ово питање, рад ће бити подељен у два дела. У првом делу, аутор анализира институционалну структуру безбедносне и одбрамбене политике ЕУ. У другом делу рада, аутор уводи концепт тзв. “међувладиног супранационализма”, настојећи да покаже да безбедносна и одбрамбена политика ЕУ превазилази класични међувладин приступ, али притом не доводи до класичног супранационализма. Аутор закључује да, услед процеса социјализације, безбедносна и одбрамбена политика ЕУ трпи одређени степен европеизације, те да се одредбе о безбедносној и одбрамбеној политици ЕУ не могу посматрати као израз “најмањег заједничког имениоца”.
