ПРОБЛЕМИ И ИЗАЗОВИ МИГРАТОРНИХ КРЕТАЊА

МИГРАЦИЈЕ И ГРАЂАНСКИ РАТОВИ: ПРИРОДА МЕЂУСОБНОГ ОДНОСА

Сажетак

Озбиљност последица које повезаност грађанских ратова и миграција изазивају на индивидуалном, националном али и глобалном плану, условила је велико интересовање не само међународних агенција, већ и шире академске заједнице за проучавање овог проблема. Генерални циљ рада је извођење систематичног прегледа релевантних научних извора, како би се се стекли дубински увиди о односу миграција и грађанских ратова. Истраживање је спроведено анализом најутицајнијих теоријских радова, као и резултата емпиријских истраживања која су покретана с циљем да се испитају различите димензије повезаности ове две појаве. У раду је истакнуто неколико основних механизама путем којих миграције и грађански ратови утичу међусобно једни на друге: начин на који грађански рат индукује присилне миграције; различити социјални и здравствени проблеми избеглог становништва као последица грађанског рата; утицај миграција на избијање или интензивирање грађанских ратова. Увидом у домете досадашње академске дискусије о предмету истраживања, можемо закључити да је веза грађанских ратова и миграција врло комплексна и, што је још важније, двосмерна и посредована бројним факторима.
