ПРОБЛЕМИ МЛАДИХ У СРБИЈИ: ОДРАСТАЊЕ У УСЛОВИМА ДРУШТВЕНЕ КРИЗЕ

Сажетак

Циљ овог истраживања био је да утврдимо са којим се проблемима суочавају млади у Србији и како процењују њихову тежину, као и да ли постоје разлике у зависности од пола, узраста, типа школе и дела Србије у коме млади живе. Занимало нас је и да ли су проблеми, типични за адолесцентни узраст и глобалне друштвене промене, појачани одрастањем у условима дубоке економске кризе и транзиције. Истраживање је обављено 2007. године, на узорку од 2419 младих, стратификованом по региону (Београд, Северна, Централна и Јужна Србија), узрасту (од првог до четвртог разреда средње школе) и типу школе (гимназије и средње стручне школе). Коришћен је упитник конструисан за потребе овог истраживања. Резултати показују да већину испитиваних проблема млади не доживљавају као велике или посебно угрожавајуће. Три проблема највише брину младе, у смислу да их више од трећине доживљава као веће или велике проблеме: мало занимљивих места за изласке (46%), недостатак слободног времена (41%) и досада (35%). Изненађујуће мали број младих има озбиљнијих проблема у односу са родитељима (22%) и вршњацима (14%). Девојке и старији средњошколци доследно процењују скоро све разматране проблеме као теже. Генерални закључак је да добијена слика није онеспокојавајућа, чему вероватно највише доприносе лепота, енергија и оптимизам саме младости, као животног доба.
