УТИЦАЈ ЕКОНОМСКЕ КРИЗЕ НА РЕБАЛАНСИРАЊЕ ГЛОБАЛНЕ МОЋИ (Свет у другој деценији 21. века)

Сажетак

На почетку 21. века свет пролази кроз турбулентне геополитичке промене. Финансијска, а потом и економска, криза крајем 2000-их драматично поткопова постојеће глобалне обрасце моћи. Свет улази у неку врсту мултиполарног међународног система. На делу je дифузија глобалне моћи, њена прерасподела на капиларни начин. САД још увек има убедљиво највећу привреду, обим војне моћи у поређењу са оном код потенцијалних противника je неупоредиво већи, степен политичког утицаја у међународном систему je без преседана. Међутим, кинески војни издаци ћe средином следеће деценије престићи америчке, економска моћ те земље ће још раније превазићи америчку, политички утицај САД ћe остати снажан, али ни изблиза као данас. Будући да je, борем формално, инаугурисана вишевекторска политика наше земље, тзв. ослањање на четири стуба светске моћи, промене на глобалној равни су од повећаног значаја за креаторе домаће политике.
