ЕКОНОМСКИ И ТЕХНОЛОШКИ УСПОН КИНЕ КАО ВЕСНИК НОВЕ ГЛОБАЛНЕ ГЕОПОЛИТИЧКЕ КОНСТЕЛАЦИЈЕ

Сажетак

Технолошки напредак који је Кина успела да постигне у последње две деценије, чини је далеко најозбиљнијим изазивачем за глобалну хегемонију са којим су се две англосаксонске земље (прво Британија, а затим САД) сусреле у последња скоро три века. Упоредо са тренутним трговинским ратом, САД и Кина су заплетене у растућу конкуренцију ради доминације у различитим пољима технологије следеће генерације, пре свега 5G мрежама и вештачкој интелигенцији (AI). Суштински, надметање је око тога ко ће контролисати инфраструктуру и стандарде информационе технологије на глобалном нивоу. Пекинг је припремио бројне планове, као што је “Made in China 2025”, са циљем да доминира у области глобалне ‘high-tech’ производње, са идејом да Кину претвори у светског лидера у 5G, AI и другим областима високе технологије.
