ГЛОБАЛНИ ПОЛОЖАЈ ЕУ – ПОЛИТИЧКИ И ЕКОНОМСКИ АСПЕКТИ

Сажетак

Финансијска криза je Европу погурала ка интроспек­цији, ка ревизији сопственог економског поретка и односа и последичио смањила вољу за промишљањем свог спољно-политичког положаја. Укључивање у светске привредне токове радне снаге већег броја земаља, пре свих Кине, Индије, Брази­ла, ресургенција Русије у финансијском и војном смислу, њихов свеукупни политичко-економски раст нужно je довео до релативног опадања моћи традиционалних западних сила. У овом раду je изнета квантитативна анализа актуелних економских трендова који говоре у прилог тези о релативном економском паду, као и пресек спољно-политичког положаja ЕУ. Рад такође показује да досадашњи модел утицаја пу­тем пројекције нормативне моћи не дaje жељене резултате нити пружа могућности развоја услед специфичне генезе и развоја пост-колонијалног и пост-империјалног света.
