СРБИЈА И ПОЛИТИКА УСЛОВЉАВАЊА ЕВРОПСКЕ УНИЈЕ

Сажетак

Предмет овог чланка јесте политика условљавања коja представља срж односа између држава и међународних организација. Најпре се приступа дефинисању појма условљавања а затим се прелази на проучавање политике условљавања Европске уније која представља најуспешнији облик условљавања. Oсновнa хипотеза je да успешност политике проширења ЕУ почива управо на политици условљавања. У другом делу чланка анализира се (не)успешност ЕУ условљавања на подручју Западног Балкана са посебним акцентом на случај Србије. Циљ рада јесте да помоћу теоријске анализе заједно са анализом практичног функционисања ЕУ условљавања покуша да појасни колики су реални домети ове политике. Смисао политике условљавања ЕУ налази се у њеној основној карактеристици принципу „штапа и шаргарепе“ помоћу кога она утиче на пожељно понашање свих оних држава које се налазе у чекаоници за чланство.
