ТРГОВИНСКИ РАТ ИЗМЕЂУ СЈЕДИЊЕНИХ АМЕРИЧКИХ ДРЖАВА И КИНЕ И УРУШАВАЊЕ СВЕТСКЕ ТРГОВИНСКЕ ОРГАНИЗАЦИЈЕ

Сажетак

Рад је подстакнут трговинским ратом САД и Кине и, као једна од последица тог рата, урушавањем мултилатералног трговинског система отелотвореног у Светској трговинској организацији (СТО). Општа хипотеза је да је трговински рат присилио СТО да започне реформу. Посебне хипотезе су: 1. да се трговински рат САД са Кином распламсао због неадекватности СТО да реши трговинске тензије 2. да је Трампова администрација својим потезима довела до блокирања рада Апелационог тела; 3. да је блокада Апелационог тела, уз већ присутни застој Доха рунде, изнудила званичне предлоге за реформом ове организације. Циљ рада је да се, применом критичко-аналитичког метода, испитају трговински потези САД, анализирају мере, документи и статистички подаци и утврди узрочно-последична веза трговинског рата и почетка реформе СТО. Рад започиње са мерама Трампове администрације у оквиру политике „Америка прво“, затим указује на слабости у раду СТО, а потом на пораст царина, протекционизма и парализу рада СТО, и на крају је анализа предлога три државе за реформу СТО. У раду се дошло до закључка да је трговински рат, осим својих разарајућих последица по стабилност и предвидљивост трговања, довео и до коначног суочавања са проблемима функционисања СТО и до почетка процеса реформи.
