ВАНРЕДНЕ СИТУАЦИЈЕ У МЕЂУНАРОДНОМ ПРАВУ – НОВА ОБЛАСТ МЕЂУНАРОДНОГ ЈАВНОГ ПРАВА

Сажетак

Аутори у раду анализирају и образлажу став који се односи на формирање нове области међународног јавног права-права ванредних ситуација. Посебно се истражују и дефинишу етапе развоја и стварања међународне сарадње у области природних непогода и удеса који стварају ванредне ситуације које могу бити и катастрофалних размера. При томе се прави разлика између међународне и регионалне сарадње. Аутори образлажу гледиште да се природне непогоде и техногени удеси као ванредне ситуације, требају у овој области међународног права посматрати као јединствени објекат, и да су одвојени од ванредних ситуација социјалног порекла – рата. Такође, у раду се презентира класификација извора – докумената, принципа и правне регулативе разматране области – међународног права ванредних ситуација.
