Милошевић, Зоран. 2024. СВЕТОСТ – КУЛТУРА – ГЕОПОЛИТИКА: Сусрет који води ка Спасењу. Зворник: АСоглас. ISBN 978-999-76-83-18-2
The second week of April brings great news. ASoglas, a publishing house from Zvornik, has published a new exceptional book HOLYNESS - CULTURE - GEOPOLITICS: An Encounter that Leads to Salvation, authored by Dr. Zoran Milošević, Principal Research Fellow at the Institute for Political Studies, Belgrade.
That the scientific and creative zeal does not leave the man who selflessly gives himself to science, we can see from the scientific monographs he authored and the valuable anthologies he prepared in the last two years. However, the book in front of you is somewhat different - according to its materials, it unites and completes the books-predecessors.
At the very beginning of the book there is a Certificate to Zoran Milošević for his life's work, presented on 30.9.2023. year at the 7th Drina Literary Meetings by the publisher of this book. We have no doubts about the merit of the award, bearing in mind that the author has over 1,000 published bibliographic references, including the book in front of you, woven into three chapters: Orthodoxy and geopolitics; Culture and geopolitics; Geopolitical analyzes and warnings.

Published by the EVJED Foundation for Translation, Publishing and Distribution (Baghdad, Iraq), Dr. Zoran Milošević's book "Terrorists or Victims of the West: The Muslim Question in to the European Union" (2022). The book was translated into Arabic by Dr. Jafar Abdul Mahdi Sahib.
Rarely any Serbian scientist can boast of a scientific monograph in Arabic, and our Dr. Milošević managed to do it. It was originally the Center for Academics word (Šabac, 2015) published a book of the same name in Serbian, with extensive discussions of the Muslim issue, only for the translation to see the light of day in Baghdad almost 7 years later.
The migration issue is still very topical, as is the position of Muslim refugees in the world, who today number in the millions. In Dr. Milosevic's scientific monograph, the number of mosques in the world, the representation of Muslims in the mass media and the prejudices that accompany them, the reasons for wars in their original territories and the reasons for their leaving them, as well as the attitude of members of other religions towards Islam, are considered. The number of possible extremists among the refugee population is objectively assessed, as well as their future in the new environments of predominantly Western countries.
For readers in the Serbian language, we recommend the book "Terrorists or Victims of the West: The Muslim Question in the European Union" (2015), and for readers in the Arabic language - the book of the same name by the EBJED Foundation (2022), which received many positive reactions in Iraq.

The new scientific monograph "Defense of Serbia - Contributions to the geopolitics of national security", authored by Dr. Ljubiša Despotović and Dr. Vanja Glišin, published by the Institute for Political Studies and Archives of Vojvodina.
The monograph "Defense of Serbia" is the result of years of cooperation between the authors Despotović and Glišin, in which they tried to cover a wide range of topics concerning Serbia and the Serbian people as a whole. Geopolitical and security aspects were primarily analyzed, and hence the basic starting point of this monograph is the geopolitics of national security as a new subdiscipline defined by the authors.
The authors have divided the monograph into three parts, trying to methodologically clearly, scientifically based and precisely situate Serbia in global and regional political relations, especially pointing out its position between two opposing geopolitical poles of power - USA and Russia. In this regard, the authors entitled the first chapter "Prevent Serbia from sinking into the Atlantic", dedicating the lines of the book to the deceased colleague and professor Dr. Radoslav Gaćinović, who worked tirelessly until the last moments of his life to defend the national interests of the Serbs. and Serbia.
The second chapter concerns the relations between Serbia and Russia through political, diplomatic, economic, economic, security, cultural and other aspects. In this context, the authors state that Russia represents a geopolitical alternative.
Taking into account that the very title "Defense of Serbia" requires an extensive analysis of historical processes and events that have been a heavy burden for the Serbian people and state continuously, until today, the authors clearly state in the third chapter that Serbia and the Serbian countries are in the process of territorial contraction and disintegration of national identity, which unequivocally says that Serbia must (defend) itself.

READ MOREConservatism and Capitalism – An Uneasy Dialogue? New book published by IPS.
Dušan Dostanić and Aleksandar Novaković (editors) Are the free market and conservative worldviews compatible or downright adversarial positions? Is the “invisible hand of the market” the sole solution to all problems of social organization, or must there be something else from a conservative ideological pool that restrains “market deviations”? What course of action should conservatives and libertarians take today, having in mind heterogeneous and sometimes quite opposing understandings of their natures? This book raises such questions and offers a reader elaborated answers from the pens of eminent conservative and liberal authors. This book assembles intellectual representatives of conservative and libertarian philosophies that convened in Belgrade on October 14, 2021, during Covid lockdowns and restrictive travel policies. The book is a testimony of an extraordinarily hard and suppressive political time in which free-minded spirits gathered despite the pandemic to passionately discuss two conflicting worldviews. You can download the book HERE.

There are few historical events that aspired to such a radical and so comprehensive change of reality as it was the case with the French Revolution. Simultaneously, despite its radicalism, there are only a few events in world history around which, at least on the continent, so firm consensus has been created. Not only has the Revolution itself been positively evaluated but also all of its (conceptual) consequences have been accepted without critical assessment.
